"I've stayed here several times over the years and it's always been enjoyable, each room is like a 1 bedroom apartment with it's own kitchenette which attracted me to the place at first. The manager and the employees are always nice and help when you have an issue, it may not be a 5 star hotel but to me it's a 5 star all the way, a diamond in the rough. I will keep coming back as long as they are there. Thank you Affordable Suites for another great stay. "

"This place checked all of our boxes and we enjoyed our stay! The club house was a great place for the kids to unwind and stay-up watching movies and playing games, while the adults conversed in peace inside the house. The dock was great for fishing and swimming and we enjoyed kayaking out about. It is located on a busy street and can be a little loud during the day, but it was quiet at night. The house had many amenities such as games, cooking appliances, utensils, spices, pot and pans, etc....

"We loved this house! The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The house is in a nice neighborhood a stone’s throw from downtown Swansboro and the riverside. It’s perfect for a few adults or couples. The only drawback is one bathroom shared between the three bedrooms, but it’s at least a nice size and beautifully renovated. It was no issue for my girlfriends and I. We’ll be back!"

"The house was beautiful, and we had lots of room. We enjoyed using the kayaks and being just a little farther away from the ocean than we normally are (only 10 minutes). "The view was the selling point of this rental. It is located next to a busy road/bridge which made was loud. Also some minor things like the back door is poorly installed and it made a very loud humming sounds with wind (sounded like a jack hammer). Also some mold issues which I understand is high risk given its proximity to the water. Overall it was clean, spacious and the set up was very family friendly. "
