« Pool area is great. Lots of towels. Pollensa is a beautiful town. About a 20 minute walk into the centre. Lidl is 10-15 walk away.Buses to beach at the end of the road.Lots of wildlife around the villa. A Pine Marten wondered around the pool one morning while we were enjoying a coffee. Red Kites and other birds of prey circle over head throughout the day.Pool is deep, so may not be ideal for young children, but the jacuzzi could be an make-shift kids pool.House is a little tired. The odd broken...

« Maison très bien tenue et équipée dans un quartier résidentiel, avec un très beau jardin. Proche de la route entre Pollensa et Puerto Pollensa mais le bruit de la circulation n'est pas trop gênant contrairement aux Coqs des voisins qui commencent à chanter tôt ! La clim et les moustiquaires seraient un plus à l'avenir car il a fait chaud. »

« Lovely property, perfect for a young family of four. Large pool.We had a small issue with the toilet but Paco sorted it very promptly.It would be nice if there were a few more basic items in the kitchen, no chopping board for example. It is frustrating when you have to buy basic things like salt & pepper and dishwaher/washing machine liquid knowing you are only going to use a handful of times. Anything non perishable we left for the next customers to benefit from.All in all a really nice place...

« Wir waren jetzt schon öfter hier und finden es immer wieder schön - vor allem die Nähe zum Ort und gleichzeitig die relative Ruhe. Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt. »

« Pros: Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit Pool und Gartenbereich im Norden Mallorcas. Die Unterkunft bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen. 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder (davon zwei mit Duschen), Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit z.b. genügend Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Musikbox, Tischtennisplatte, Grillkohle, usw. Einzig ein Grundstock an Gewürzen, Kaffee, Essig/Öl wäre noch wünschenswert gewesen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin (die auf demselben Grundstück im Haus...

« Pros: A lovely, clean and spacious property for a family holiday. Great pool, lots of amenities and most importantly, a quiet accommodation. Host was helpful too and popped over on the first morning to check everything was ok. Cons: My advice would be not to try and park on the streets next to the property as there is limited parking and lots of one-way systems. Best thing to do is drive straight to one of the large car parks and walk the 4 minutes. We’d worked this out after a few days and...
