The room was mostly clean but quite worn out e.g. spots/stains on sheets, old worn bathmat, leaky sink, and bathtub needed a deep scrub. Wifi for me was very slow and unreliable. The staff are casual but friendly and helpful with bus tickets etc. I was woken up by guys arriving on motorbikes at 2am but otherwise pretty quiet. It's a 5 min walk to the main Lakeside strip.
