Boutique hotel with charm and service

We had a little trouble checking in but after that it was wonderful. This is a boutique hotel in an old building full of charm. It has a breakfast room downstairs with stone walls. It's really beautiful. Eric was one of the people at the desk who helped us. He could not have been more personable, professional and just very friendly. He made up for any issues we had checking in.

The hotel was clean and the bar was nice. However, it took over an hour to check in and the reception staff were more interested in interacting with their colleagues than customers. The area around the hotel felt unsafe with people selling random used items on the pavements outside which attracted crowds.

A Very Enjoyable Stay.

This is a very nice Hotel. We upgraded to a Suite Type Room, which was really spacious. I can’t comment on the Standard Rooms. The Hotel was very clean and quite close to the Metro.

Such a warm and friendly vibe, we were early for checkin but they gave us the room early. The roof top restaurant was excellent really chilled, the service was amazing. Highly recommend it. The room was super clean and the bathroom spotless! Thank you for a great trip.

I had an incredible stay here as a solo traveller - no problems at all. Staff were polite and patient as I didn’t speak any French. Rooms were clean and spacious. Television fitted with chrome cast which is ideal when you want to watch something before you go to sleep. Coffee machine fitted in each room which was worked well alongside teabags and a kettle. Shower worked fine. Roof top bar staff were also incredible and more than hospitable. Will most definitely be returning! Thank you all.

Good hotel, not nice neighborhood

The hotel was very clean and attractive. The rooms were a little small however with no closet. The rooftop bar was so fun!! The surrounding area was not very nice however.
