    The outdoor space is open, stylish, and perfect for gathering. Comfortable patio furniture and a dining table make alfresco meals a cinch. The private pier and dock (tie-up only) are steps away across the lush green lawn; however, please note that there is no boat lift available. There's something for everyone when you live the lake life.

    Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the newly remodeled space that boasts upscale furniture, luxury vinyl plank floors, and a blanket of natural light. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, indulging in a favorite show on the TV, or serving brunch on the expansive deck. Prepare grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample cupboard room, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. This kitchen is spacious and boasts enough room for everyone to get a bite.

    Comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Each bedroom boasts a TV for private viewing, promoting seamless, uninterrupted viewing. Sleep well in luxe linens and a restful atmosphere, with the main bedroom and one guest room boasting private entrances to the balcony for morning breezes with your coffee. Excellent place! Stayed for a long weekend with daughters and teenage grandkids. The house, yard, and dock were great! The house was clean and well stocked as well as nicely laid out. We will definitely stay in this one again!

We traveled with 6 adults and an infant as well as two dogs. We had a great experience! The boat dock deck and back porch were amazing places to hang out, visit and fish!

Home away from home in style

The pics match the house exactly. We had all we needed to have a great weekend. The views are amazing, the beds soft and comfy, overall the most relaxing place and very updated and gorgeous inside. The showers are luxury. The outside area was gorgeous and the 2nd story pier level unbelievable. We will stay here again! Wish we could live there! Also .. Duane the house keeper is wonderful and friendly and made sure we had all We needed.

Loved the home! Trying to communicate and ask questions about the property through Vacasa was worthless. Once I found the owners phone number, communication was excellent.

Family Reunion

The house was great and very well stocked. However when we arrived, there were dirty dishes in the sink and the laundry room Doors were broke and not attached. We also tried for a month, before our stay, to connect with someone regarding this house. Not sure if that problem was with VRBO or vacasa but it was very frustrating.

Great Home - Property Issues

Loved the house, beautifully decorated and a nice layout. Everything is new and in working order and modern. The property manager took awhile to answer me with valid questions following the status of the home, wifi, property following the Beryl Hurricane. The lawn had not been mowed in awhile and the tall grass was a danger for visibility of holes, stumps and snakes. The Livingston Dam is retaining the water, so we couldn't put our boat in the slip which was tough as the driveway is on an incline. The owner's neighbor offered to mow the lawn, but almost for a tip instead of having a lawn service during grass growing season. No one got hurt, but with grandkids 7 and 4 it was annoying.

Loved It!

Great layout and space inside and out. Beautiful, clean home and newly remodeled. Comfortable beds. Pack & Plays available for the tiniest guests 😀. Well stocked. It seems the owners thought of everything - like phone chargers in every room, ample bath towels so you never have to worry about not having a clean one available, and lots of things to entertain yourself with. Loved playing the family games available at the home. Friendly neighbors. Owner was super responsive and helpful. Just a couple things to be aware of, the water had dirt in it during our entire stay (4 nights) so I had to shower my young kids rather than bathe them (it was super brown when I tried bathing them). The boat lift is not available for guests’ boats even though the picture on the listing shows it empty. Wasn’t a big issue for us, but something worth knowing in advance. I should have verified, but was rushing to book when our previous reservation cancelled on us last minute. Overall we absolutely loved the rental and would definitely consider renting again for our annual Thanksgiving trip to TX.
