On the other hand, room furniture was old, room was consistently not made up until early evening hours, phone calls for hotel services were not answered for up to 10 minutes, daily parking fees were unreasonably high. "We had a wonderful stay at Terranea. The villa is located in the perfect spot where you feel remote yet part of the resort at the same time. The shuttle service provided to the main resort was easy to use as well. The kids enjoyed one of four pools and the slide. The fitness center was great. We scheduled free pickleball and the shuttle service took us to the offsite (but close) tennis club. Cleaning service that is included was also fantastic. Highly recommend! "

"The villa was in a wonderful location: extremely: had every amenity you needed well stock kitchen: space was well appointed: beds themselves were so comfortable: the view was beautiful from the terrace. We enjoyed the fireplace out there many nights. One minor item the kitchen needed potholders and some extra blankets for the other bedroom."
