"Location is wonderful. Clean rooms, wonderful spacious kitchen and living area, staff is great, plenty of parking. It was very nice that there was a coffee machine and coffee pods available!"

"A pretty typical motel. Clean and updated, but basic. Staff are helpful and friendly. Very convenient for the Peace Arch border crossing, and that’s why we have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. Walkable to the town and several good restaurants. We like the 1890 Taphouse. Convenience store just across the road. We will try the Indian restaurant next t time."

"This is my second stay here. It is clean with spacious rooms. It is like apartment living. Full kitchen and BBQ for use on roof. We will definitely come back again."

"VRBO display does not do this experience justice. This is a warm, inviting, gorgeous escape from the realities of the urban jungle. No indoor exercise room, no freeway noise (actually, no traffic), and so forth. West facing sundown view and great afternoon sun exposure. Good boat traffic in the distance. Otters on the lawn."

"We had an amazing experience at the forest house! It was the perfect lightly lord of the rings themed backdrop for our engagement with a bit of hobbit and elven vibes. Absolutely gorgeous furnishings and finishes. It rained while we were there, so we took full advantage of cozying up in the house with art supplies and a cheeseboard and watching Lord of the Rings (bluray extended edition of course, though we did have to bring our own copy!)We did that trend of painting each other's portraits and then doing a reveal at the end. It was quite fun and they had everything we needed. We camped for 2 days before coming here and were terribly grateful for the washer and dryer as well. The bath was lovely, the views spectacular, we took a short but brisk walk on the loop around the neighborhood. Couldn't recommend it enough."

"Felt like I was qalking back in time to a "Dirty Dancing" resort with the cute cabins on the beach! We stayed in a tent cabin and it was exactly like the pictures provided. Although the weather was less than desirable, we stayed dry! Should have brought a Mr. Buddy heater as we were pretty cold, but no fault of the resort. Its located on a beautiful stretch of beach with amazing views of Shae island and the Canadian islands. Sunsets were amazing! The store had many items to supplement your stay and cooked food was good. Overall, we would stay again during the warmer season!"
