Auberges à Pocono Manor

« My stay was perfect, the jets for the jacuzzi worked great, the shower was great, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything. The parking situation was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. I would definitely go again! »

« Very weak wifi practically unusable »

The wifi doesn't work on the property and I struggled to get data. The cable is connected to wifi so that doesn't work. The rooms are decorated with very odd paintings. Very easily could be the scene of a scary movie. The pond had a bunch of trash, a fountain that resemble my lawn sprinkler, and was very cheap looking...

« I reserve through Expedia king bedroom suite weeks in advance. When I arrived, they said the only thing I had available was a bedroom suite for someone with disabilities. When I asked to change my room, they said they had no other rooms available. We have stayed there before and had a beautiful king suite. This time I felt they left whatever was available. »
