« Overall, the rental unit was fine - clean, had everything we needed, and host communication was good. I didn't like being asked to sign up on another app (Staylio) just because it's more convenient for the host. I booked with Vrbo and expect to use Virgo's app. In the end, I don't think I used the Staylio app. But this should not be an expectation of the host.
