"Helpful and easily available staff. Handy to have the little shop in the reception for a bottle of water etc if needed. Loved having the pool after a day of exploring in the heat! Clean and well-maintained-we watched a lady dust the plants one morning! Just be aware of the need for a ‘hold’ on £75 a night (this was reduced by half for us, I believe because it was quite clear we were there to cause any trouble!) but completely understandable when considering the way some people may treat the rooms! Luckily we had room in the budget for it so just something to remember before heading over, but not a reason to not use the hotel. Close to broadway without being on top of the crowds and easy to get a taxi either from the hotel or on uber."
