« Do you know the feeling that you love a property so much that you don't want to share? Thats how I feel about this property. It was clean, well organized, and well equipped for guests. The off street parking and yard were spacious. Our dog felt at home immediately. This is a great place for families. Kathleen, our host, was very responsive to questions. I give it a 15 out of 10. »

« The unit was spotless and the location was great for the concert I attended at Protective Stadium. Everything in the unit was perfect ie the AC ,bathroom TVs, kitchen parking and privacy. I would rebooked this unit again. »

« Nice and clean »

« Nicely furnished, clean two bedroom place. Host responded quickly with any questions we had. Contacted us early on the weekend about a report of water leak in the building and wanted to make sure we had no issues. Cold filtered water in the fridge and ice in freezer. Kitchen was well stocked for any cooking needs. Coffee, sugar and creamer provided with a Keurig coffee pot. Internet access on the 3 televisions which was nice. Enjoyed our stay. »

« We came to Birmingham for a concert and wanted something close to the venue while also being in a safe part of town. This unit was perfect for what we wanted! It was less than a 10 minute walk to the BJCC and it was so nice not having to fight traffic when leaving the concert. It was 4 girls on this trip and we never felt unsafe in the area we were in. The host has been amazing since the time we first booked the trip and wanted to make sure we had the best experience in their rental. I highly...

« The location was perfect for the conference we were attending at the BJCC! The layout of the unit was great! The bedrooms off to one side, with the bath at the end of the hall.The unit had all appliances as advertised. Check-in and parking were easy! Great host, thanks Kathkeen! »

« Location was great for our needs. Property was clean. Communication with the host was good & I would normally give this a 5 star rating, BUT unfortunately the unit was not available for check-in because the housekeeping hadn't been finished yet. The host did keep us in the loop and was very friendly & apologetic, but we were not able to check in for several hours later. »
