Breathtaking Beachfront Oasis along Joyuda Coast in Cabo Rojo

"I received check in instructions within 24 hours pre-check in, which is perfect protocol, and I had directions to the house from the booking, which is great when planning any trip. The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival, with the house and property just as described in the listing. The house is gated in both the front (roadside), and in the back (waterside), so you always feel safe. I messaged the host through the VRBO app upon arrival and was immediately answered, telling me to just let them know if we needed anything. This property is wonderful. The kitchen appliances are high-end, and there is a cupboard filled with anything you need if you're cooking meals there. There's a small grocery store only 1/2 mile down the road, and there are tons of restaurants along that stretch of Joyuda. There were 5 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, plus having 3 bathrooms was a blessing. Kayaks, with paddles paddleboards are right outside the door in a professional rack, and access to the water is just steps away. The outside patio area is so lovely, with the dock and the sea just outside the back gate, and plenty of chairs. We spent most of our vacation on that patio, and in the water right there. The host supplies plenty of towels everything you need to have fun in the water.One tip: be prepared for mosquitos on the patio (buy repellent)I highly recommend this house and host, and would 100% stay here again. Thank you!!"

"Overall this is a beautiful place to stay. Easy access to the beach. Very clean, but little room for storage, although there are drawers in the walk-in closet. Grisel has supplied everything you will need during your stay. I do recommend only 2 adults. Any more, and it would be crowded. Lots and lots of decorations, which could be reduced a bit. When we first arrived the power had been out for about an hour due to a storm. It ended up being out for 4 hours. We had to haul all of our luggage up to the 6th floor, and it was hot. Windows do open, but there are no screens. Water pressure in bathroom was not the greatest, and the first a couple of days, we did not have hot water, but Grisel said that pressure needs to be high for the hot water to kick in. The water pressure was better toward the end of the trip. Also, on weekends, the beach can get crowded. There is a public access nearby. At night, you can hear music and people talking, but it was not too annoying. I can understand that there may be times when the party could get loud. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this accommodation. Grisel is very responsive."

It was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beautiful family vacation in Cabo Royo. Great communication and check-in/check-out process and a gorgeous modern beach house. Perfect. "

"The condo was the perfect spot for our vacation. We could see the ocean and beach from the balcony and that was a perfect way to start each morning. Literally being steps away from the beach and water was definitely a plus. We felt very secure at the facility due to the various levels of security protocols in place. Vlad was a wonderful host. He left us some drinks and snacks to get our stay started and was very each to contact when a few questions arose. Our own downside to the stay was the condo was very small. We knew it was designed for 2-3 people, but we felt it would be a little bigger from the pictures shared online. Also, it would have been helpful to have a few additional items such as washcloths and dishtowels. Overall our stay was very nice and we would consider staying here again despite the small size of the condo."

"This was my second stay at this property: I attended my cousins 65th birthday in November then scheduled. We had both Villas and the entire property and the party was held on the grounds. It was amazing! Convenient and lacking nothing.I then scheduled my second visit with my family for Spring Break and again it did not disappoint!My son and his wife enjoyed it so much that we are planning to celebrate their 50th birthday celebration on the property.Maria was very responsive to our questions and needs. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Cabo Rojo."
