Dieter was in regular contact prior to booking and was always on hand if we had any problems. It was even better than we expected a tremendous bonus. Can't wait to return next year. We would have preferred a larger balcony as suggested in the photos on the website! Also feel it should be clearer that the property is situated on a very steep slope!
