"This was the perfect house for our family to fly in and celebrate our LMU graduate. House is located in an exceptional neighborhood, great for walking and very safe, we saw several private security patrols round the clock. House is spacious with great common spaces but lots of room for people to find quiet time as well. Air flow is amazing, lots of fresh air. Kitchen very well appointed. "We enjoyed our stay. The host expressed a true desire that our stay was a good one. The house was as advertised and the views of and access to the beach were great. We rented bikes from a kiosk within easy walking distance and rode easily from Manhattan Beach to Santa Monica. Only deterrent was at check-in we lost time needlessly learning how to arm the security system which we didn’t need to use. "I absolutely loved this place! Check in was super easy with the lockbox and Gloria (house manager) was communicative. I only stayed one night (wish I had more time) but the unit was perfectly stocked with a nice pull out couch, separate bed, fans, , kitchenette. It was incredibly clean. About a 10 minute walk or so to beach and then another 10 to marina. The outside space is incredible. Big hot tub with outdoor seating and plants. Roof top balcony with views for days!"
