If you have a specific preference, please contact us before booking so we can explain the available options.

A complimentary starter kit is provided upon arrival with toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo. These items are not restocked during the stay.

Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are available for an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice. Daily cleaning is not included.

Please take good care of the linens and towels. Do not use them to clean floors or remove makeup, as this may result in additional charges.

The neighborhood is safe, lively, and highly walkable, with cafés, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, markets, shops, and nightlife all nearby.

Hilton Beach is approximately a three-minute walk away, while Mamitas Beach and its popular beach clubs are about ten minutes away on foot.



Getting Around:

Most of Playa del Carmen can be explored on foot from this location. The beach, 5th Avenue, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are all within easy walking distance.

Taxis and rideshares are readily available nearby. Local buses and colectivos provide convenient transportation to Tulum, Cancun, cenotes, and other attractions. Bicycle rental options are also available close to the property.

- The assigned unit may vary in floor, view, and patio or terrace configuration.

- Salt, oil, and pepper may be available upon request if requested before 4:40 PM.

- Daily cleaning is not included.

- Cleaning services and linen or towel changes are available for an additional fee with 24 hours’ notice.

- For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is billed separately.

- For stays of 7 nights or longer, a mandatory weekly linen and towel change applies at an additional cost.
