Hotel Indigo Traverse City by IHG

8/10 Good

"The room was nice, but this hotel seems to be understaffed - especially in the bar and restaurant area. Also, there is a lot of construction around the hotel, which wasn't great.... and we had to valet park the car for an additional charge that was not mentioned in our reservation. We were told the only other alternative would be street parking .... not good. Overall, it was an OK stay and I would consider this property again only for the convenient location."

"The room was comfortable. Nicely updated property. Pool area was lovely. The biggest negative was lack of staff presence. This lent an inhospitable atmosphere. The breakfast continental breakfast was not refreshed regularly - again lack of friendly staff. Were they hiding from the guests?"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful and room was spacious, well-appointed and clean. It has a very nice beachfront and was within walking distance of amazing restaurants in Traverse City. This was our first visit to TC and we loved it. No question that we’ll be back and look to stay at the Bayshore Resort again."

"We had a great stay at the Delamar despite the terrible unusual air quality due to nearby fires. We ended up staying in our room for the most part, which was great, because it was so comfortable and clean. We had a lovely bay view room. We ate at the restaurants a few times - delicious meals. The staff was very nice and helpful."
