« Lovely house and host, house had it all- lots of games- PacMan Video Machine- large deck , great private covered outdoor space with fire pit, comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood with grocery store near by, park 4 blocks provides great place for the kids. We enjoyed watching the ducks and who was catching fish! I would definitely rent again- very happy I chose this property ! »

« We were in Urbana for a short overnight stay but it was very nice. Downtown Urbana was just a block or two away and lots of options for dinner. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had before we arrived. »

« Property is cut but could use some love. Definitely needs a new cleaning crew. Obvious carpets not swept. Beds very comfortable, shower has decent water pressure. No soap in shower or kitchen sink. No blow dryer. No book with instructions had to request wifi code. Master bedroom carpet VERY stained. Back porch light broken. Front door threshold very bent and dangerous. Throw in living room needs washing. Dead bugs in the silverware drawer. I wouldn’t stay again until it gets an upgrade and new...
