Maisons de campagne à Placitas

« We loved our stay! It was quiet and the night was beautifully dark. We loved how clean everything was! »

« The property was a quiet, clean, and a restful place to stay. The owners were very thorough in explaining how to get there and how to access systems in the house. The property is fairly secluded by most travelers standards including those who understand 'back country' life. Advertising it this way, we think, would present a more complete picture to those interested in staying there. »

« We really like the location of the cabin. It was about 20-30 minutes to the places we wanted to see in Albuquerque. The view is pretty. After reading the other reviews we knew to expect to wait before we got our check in information. We got it around 3:00 before our 4:00 check in. The lock to the door is a bit tricky. The bathroom door is also hard to get open once inside. The sink is old and hard to turn. As others have said there is no WiFi. There is DVD player. The weather was cooler and the...

« Gorgeous home and property with stunning views literally from every direction. Love it so much that we have decided to book again. Thank you to our host for such a wonderful stay. »

« She was just great. Very Welcoming »

« The breakfast is standard for express hotels, but is better (warmer, eggs and bacon more flavorful) than many I’ve experienced. It was good. Room heater/air conditioner is dated and dials did not have markings. Smelled like hot dust or something in the heater when I set heat high, the room was chilly. Turned dial to darker faded pink or red from bluish and clicked to different positions of the fan dial trying to get a comfortable temp. I gave up and let the room stay cooler than I...

« Bon accueil, chambre propre, petit déjeuner simple mais complet. Point négatif, la caution de 50$ prélevée sur ma carte et qui devait être remboursée lors du checkout, ne l'est toujours pas. J'espère qu'elle va l'être bientôt. Pas très professionnel de la part de la direction. »

« The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. »

« Hôtel très agréable, propre et calme. Le personnel très accueillant »

« Very good customer service. Only Burger King close by by walking. 30 minutes walk to the balloon festival though which is great »

« I usually appreciate Tru but his hotel in ABQ is very far from the usual standards of comfort of the others sisters locations of Tru hotels. First, staff is managed by Randi who has absolutly nothing to do with clients satisfaction. A intensive training to understand basics commercial behaviour seams necessary for this team... That's the first time I observe a no- solution manager in a Tru... Second, a gas station Maverick is just in front of the entrance and the hotel is just located at...

« The stay was good. They allow dogs so prepare for howling or barking at 3 am. Most of the staff was great. I did have trouble getting my receipt from the girl in the morning which is super for frustrating as it was a work trip. »

« Personnel très agréable »

« Our room had a musty smell and the bed was hard, so we did not want to stay the extra night. It was too late for us to find a new place to stay. I will say even though we had 2 nights booked through a 3rd party you were willing to not charge us for the second night. That was helpful. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant too. »
