"I’ve stayed many times in past years and you can see the decline from when it first opened. I was in a two bedroom suite. Holes in the wall, fridge was dented, no real amenities to speak of. Waited 30 mins to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. When they did show up no apology and barely acknowledged me."

"Beautiful hotel located in the historic district of Bethlehem. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and helpful from the guys parking cars and directing you to the parking lot to the receptionist as you check-in. The person who checked us in was particularly wonderful as she made the extra effort to talk to my daughter about the college she is attending, her major, etc. The personal touch was very much appreciated. We always try to stay at Hotel Bethlehem - when it isn't fully booked!"
