Staff on the front desk were surly, unhelpful and answered the most ordinary questions with disdain. There was not even an EFFORT to be cordial. I asked for help getting an Uber. They didn't know, which is FINE, but never offered to get me someone for assistance. I was in a strange city where I knew NO ONE ...a little sensitivity would have gone a long way. I suggest that the staff on duty from April 24-26 get some training. Facility was fine. Really liked that the parking garage was literally attached to the hotel. Also, I was told, on the phone 2 weeks prior to my stay, that I would be safe to walk home at midnight after the show at the Benedum Center.That is MOST CERTAINLY not the case. Please tell your desk people not to say that.
