The house has spectacular views of the hills with large windows facing the sunset. We enjoyed fishing at the creek, grilling, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. Nearby Boerne has several good restaurants and we visited A Cave Without a Name. The only thing we needed to do was buy a pack of playing cards, which we left at the house for future visitors. The Hill Country breezes kept us cool and the mosquitoes away. Janice and her fiancee were very accommodating and helpful. We had a fantastic time. We enjoyed the creek and were able to fish, swim, and kayak. We highly recommend this property. Our only caveat is that the house is one of 4 located on the 55-acre property and the creek is shared. It was never a problem for us but I imagine if all 4 houses are fully rented there may be some time when its hard to physically distance on the dock. Plenty of room for family and pets. Great views, very clean place and an awesome hot tub.
