"The worst hotel in the world. It is dirty, no personnel on the front desk, in an unsafe area. Homeless people using and living in the guest rooms. What a disgrace of place. I do not understand why Expedia includes this hotel on his website. Very dissapointed. I reserved 7 nights but stayed only 1 night. Asked to cancel and get a refund but neither Expedia nor the hotel responded. I had to pay the 7 nights. Terrible experience. "

"We love this hotel. It is Very comfortable and has beautiful surroundings. Did not care for the room this time - it was very small and cramped. Front desk staff are never very friendly but restaurant and bar are always nice. Self-parking is too expensive but convenient. We will continue to stay here when we visit The Woodlands. "
