« Staff was friendly, helpful. Girl up front got us towels 1 eve & was apologetic. It was clean initially, but more like MOTEL rather than a HOTEL/SUITES. Not really any amenities. The Continental style supposed breakfast was closed. TV kept having issues/No signal so kept having to have someone come fix it. Even though we were supposed to have full room clean, the room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Finally the Mngr/owner(when they returned after 2 days being gone) brought new towels & changed...

« Had the worst experience I've had in a hotel. They claim to be family and pet friendly. Pets are only allowed on the second floor, which is under renovation. Noise levels and chemical fumes are intolerable. We were traveling with a child with disabilities, who cannot be exposed to chemical fumes. When asked to be moved to a different floor we were told they couldn't accommodate us because we had a pet. We were given the option to "check out." We checked out around 6pm. The manager never reached...

« Place was clean, some things didn’t work. I didn’t have a trash bucket, toilet wouldn’t flush great, and breakfast was not the greatest. Pool didn’t work it was not clean. Staff were really nice, air conditioning worked but then I couldn’t like shut it off. Room was clean. »
