"Loved this hotel! Traveled with my parents and husband. The lazy river was great. Staff all around the hotel were friendly and helpful. It is nice to see when a hotel offers wholesome hospitality. Even the valet left cold water in our car for the drive home. Loved the food in all the restaurants we ate at. Drinks were not expensive compared to vegas. They had amazing band playing in the lobby until 1am in the morning. Definitely will be choosing this hotel over vegas. The beds were comfy and they provided free water."

"This lodge is in a beautiful location with expansive views of the mountains around Julian, CA. The room was large with a pleasant bathroom with skylight. There is air conditioning in every guest room. The large living room has a TV (so do the rooms) as well as a billiard table. The kitchen was spacious and the hosts provided eggs, bread, milk, bananas, and ramen soup bowls for the guests. The lodge is small with only a few rooms so it is quiet and allows each guest to interact with the others as they wish. I would definitely stay here again."
