"The hotel needs massive renovations, bathroom walls were cracked, toilet paper holder broken. Bathroom door would not shut. There was no continental breakfast left when we went there at 8:00 am. People were outside our door screaming until 2 am. I would never stay there again, and I deserve a refund if at all possible?"

"No one at reception noticed 2 people out front vaping. It was the front desk person and another employee. She was very rude and unable to properly explain the pet policy. Told us to leave if we didn't like it. And refused to call the manager when requesting it. Said she didnt want to. Several people hanging out in parking lot with laptops for long periods of time that were not guest. There are so many hotels surrounding this one I wouldn't pick one that's run this unprofessionally."
