« Everything was clean and there were and assortment of pots and pans for cooking food that we brought, we didn't really leave the cabin. Only issue was a minor great black wasp problem, they seemed to congregate in the main room up by the skylight. They're a non aggressive species but it was a little annoying to have to keep an eye out for them. None in main bedroom thankfully. « This cabin was great! It was definitely pretty remote, so wifi/service didn’t work too well and there’s not really any stores or restaurants around but that’s ok. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, pots, pans, utensils, etc and the grill works well. « Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. That is something that needs to be addressed for the future. »

« The cabin was very cozy and clean, the location on the lake was perfect, and it was fun getting out on the private boats. The road back to the cabin is somewhat narrow but we had no trouble getting in and out with a Silverado. Communication with the guest contact was very good as well. We definitely will return for our next trip to Hocking Hills. »
