Room is nice, but partially not too clean and the toilet was dripping water making noise all night ...

The frontline staff were very friendly and supportive. They made our stay enjoyable in Krakow.

We had very nice stay, very clean, nice breakfast, easy check in and beautiful location. We would definitely come back here again

Property was less than 5 minutes from the main square but on a quiet street so best of both worlds. staff were incredibly helpful with information about the city and also helping with trips and recommendations. We didn’t book breakfast with the hotel but did eat at the restaurant they used for breakfast ...
