"Clean room/attentive staff "

"The property was okay. The wifi was hard to connect to and even though we had a no smoking room(the shower had some residue). Plus the room/shower wasn't as clean and smelled like smoke."

"Both rooms I stayed in had roaches/bugs and didn't seem thoroughly cleaned. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. "

"Elevator not functional, and did not know when it would be repaired."

"The breakfast was not good as usual. Sausage was raw. The 150 dollar hold is too steep. I get why but that’s too high. I wasn’t aware until I got there. It was hard to flush our toilet. The second shift lady was rude she asked if I want bottom floor or top. I said bottom she put us at the top. My mom broke her ankle has hard time with stairs. First shift lady excellent! "

"Older hotel but it was clean and slept well in the beds! Breakfast was good! A small drive to downtown Savannah and we didn’t want to spend the downtown hotel prices! "

"I don’t even know where to start. But to start soon as you walk in room it smell like cigarettes and room Has a non smoking sign on door. The bath had bad odor coming from sink area. The room also had roaches in bathroom coming from behind the dresser and above head boards you see where they laid eggs and they coming from behind there. I understand it was holiday weekend and was last minute trip but I was better off sleeping in my car "
