« Our stay at this motel was pretty good. Everything was as expected for a budget motel. Room was very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. Check in was smooth and staff was very pleasant. One thing that surprised us was how quiet this property was, at night there is almost no noise at all. Rooms are very spacious and everything in the room worked as it should. « The hotel room had been recently remodeled, so was clean and comfortable. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast, so can't comment on that, but they had cookies and waters offered when I checked in! »

« The ,toilet didn't work properly. There was hair on the shower walls from the last guest that I had to rinse away. The HVAC unit was abundantly noisy. Bed was comfortable but I got a terrible nights sleep. Soap bar was the size of a half dollar. You couldn't get any lather on my wash cloth. All in all, not what I expected. »

« Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving. »
