"Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well appointed, and food at the restaurants, including breakfast, was excellent. Pool was good size and staff was very nice and accommodating. Most importantly, the concierge booked all of the tours and vehicles at short notice and was just really really nice and helpful. Everyone there was happy to have us and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. This was a trip we had wanted to take for years, the hotel made sure we only had great memories. "

The most memorable part of our stay was meeting an amazing team of staff, who will always go the extra mile to help, support , advise and guide you. The hotel organised a private guided tour of Ankhor Wat and other temples, with a great driver, Mr Lucky and a super informative guide Kai. Rooms are spacious, breakfast is a wonderful feast and the location of the hotel is ideal for accessing the main delights of Siem Reap - just minutes to walk to the main attractions ie restaurants, Pub Street, night market, old market, etc. I would absolutely recommend the hotel."
