Fantastic home

Beautiful home, very comfortable and well stocked with all amenities. We are pour over coffee drinkers so we went and purchased a water kettle and left it at the house for the next renters. We loved the place and were there for the Texas Rangers spring training games. The drive to most stadiums was between 15-20 minutes. Great location. Beautiful sunsets and very comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is actually a room with french doors but it has drapes you can pull closed for privacy. Would absolutely stay here again. Very clean and has a full size washer and dryer. Thank you to Evolve.

Beautiful updated home with great patio overlooking golf course

This house was fantastic for a late winter stay in Arizona in February 2025. It's very updated with a wonderful, spacious kitchen with high end kitchen appliances. The back patio is spacious with multiple different tables and sitting areas that overlook a golf course. Also has 3 large bedrooms and just overall a great place. I visited the home for Catcus League baseball and the home is a very short, non highway drive to multiple stadiums in the Catcus league in Peoria, Surprise, etc.

Fabulous Christmas Celebration

Our family has stayed at this house several times. It's the perfect house for a family or a couple. Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and it's a pleasure to sit on the patio.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay here. This house was super close to where my parents live in Sun City. The house is super clean and well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. It’s also well stocked with towels. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice property.

This house was very comfortable and roomy. Layout of the floor plan was amazing. Only thing was couldn't get the Family/Living Room AC to work. This was the hottest room in the house and where the main TV was located. Having the celling fan on helped.

Nicely Updated Sun City Golf Course Home

Nothing like enjoying a golf course view from a nicely furnished patio with shade when you need it. The spacious kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen ware and coffee beans. Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom home with comfortable furniture and beds.

Great stay in Sun City

Wonderful home for our group of 2 couples and a single. Enjoyed the view of the golf course from the patio, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Look forward to staying here again next year!

Quiet Neighborhood

A week in Sun City with family. Older house but remodeled. It backs up to a golf course but it is in a very quiet area. Pretty good access, easy to get to the 101.

Great value

The house lived up to its listing. It was very clean and had good living spaces. It felt like the kind of family home we wanted to stay in. The kitchen was fitted out very well and the laundry facilities were substantial. It was nice to look out onto the golf course as well.

Love this House!

My mother lives in a memory care facility nearby. Our family has stayed at this home several times. It's comfortable and has everything we need to make it feel like home to my mother and our family. We'll be back!

Place was great, clean and comfortable. Larger than appeared in photos and lots kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Coffee grinder and coffee beans for morning was a nice touch. Would stay here again

This home is nicely updated in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for two couples. We did not actually cook, but the kitchen seemed to be well equipped. The patio is very nice, with plenty of seating. The golfers in the group enjoyed watching the golfers on the course in the back yard.

Clean and Comfortable

Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and updated, with a huge kitchen containing every pot, pan and gadget you could possibly need. But don’t sleep on pizza delivery from Rosati’s! The two big, covered patios have comfortable furniture galore, perfect for taking in the desert sunrise. You might even spot a bunny or two. We will stay here again for sure next time we are in Sun City visiting family.

Family get together

We were pleasantly surprised about the updated furnishings, kitchen was well stocked with plates,glasses,cookware. Patio area perfect to grill and eat outside while watching golfers. Only complaint was tv. Most channels were sibscription only. We were unable to watch ncaa basketball games. If the property becomes available Feb 2022 we would like to be notified .

Only wish is that we would have had more time to enjoy the golf. Place is excellent and definitely laid out / detailed with the short term rental y in mind.
