Exceeded Expectations
Beautiful property with a stunning back yard. Limited cutlery and limited amenities (i.e., limited shampoo, no coffee filters). Otherwise, a perfect venue for a family vacation to celebrate a 60th birthday.

Nice Clean House - Very Poor Communication/ Service
The house was very clean. There were several issues with the house, however, & the management company handled almost all of them unprofessionally. The hot tub was dirty & wasn’t filled with enough water to even run it. The management company said it would be too much of an expense for the owners to clean the hot tub which was unacceptable. The pool filter system & vacuum did not work. The coffee maker reservoir has a small crack in it that drips when filled. All of the pool cues are warped. But most disconcerting was the condescending attitude when we requested that the hot tub be cleaned. The hot tub should be cleaned prior to everyone’s visit. It’s not our problem that doing so would cost the owners money. Perhaps they would prefer that nobody rent their house & they can save all of that extra expense. Inwould not recommend this rentsl to anyone.

Great stay for a family
Beautiful house with pool and billiards table. Inside very clean. Outside needs more TLC : annuals and many plants dead and needs weekly sweep. Pool is gorgeous.

Not the value I expected
The home is very nice and in a great neighborhood. However, the communication with Vacasa was frustrating and inadequate for the value of the stay. The hot tub wasn’t clean (the home was very clean). The communication about heating the pool was unacceptably poor. All in all it was a disappointing experience for my son’s birthday trip. We use VRBO a lot, usually on my husband’s account, and this was not what we’ve come to expect, especially at this price point.

Clean, as advertised, hot tub needed to be addressed, they came and helped when we called. Several repairs needed - hot tub water, hot tub cover lift was broken, microwave glass broken. The biggest negative was only one towel per person issued with a $50 charge for additional towels.

Excellent rental property and experience!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was exceptionally clean inside as well as the grounds outside by the pool and patio area. We had the pool heated and we were very pleased at how warm it stayed allowing the kids to swim daily. The beds and couches were very comfortable and all appliances worked great. The house had all the necessities (paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, etc) provided and the kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pans. The home is located in a lovely, safe neighborhood that we took walks in daily. We had a small issue with a screen door that was remedied the same day. Very impressed with the responsiveness by the management company to this issue. The house is conveniently located to so many things to do in the area. Overall, a great rental.

Good location; Nice property
My wife and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It is well located, in a quiet residential area, close to Kierland Commons. The property was well maintained and clean. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Well equipped home, great area
We stayed for five days while our son played baseball in the area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location. The only issue was that due to poor communication - the pool was not heated when we got there, even though we had requested it ahead of time. That was disappointing, but our trip was still wonderful.

The home was very clean inside. When I saw “well stocked”, from past experiences I at LEAST expected salt & pepper, maybe a napkin. Cupboards were bare. Was there 8 days and there were only 4 trash bags and 4 dishwasher tablets. Did a lot of hand washing dishes with a sponge, no dish rags at the home and only 2 kitchen towels. Very cheap toilet paper and paper towels. We cleaned the outside. Littered with leaves and debris. The pillar mounted fans were useless. No circulation. The pool was very clean. Hot tub didn’t work when we got there. Alexis from Vrbo was very helpful getting Andy out who was extremely friendly and got that fixed. No contact info with the actual owner or property manager was provided. All the tv’s worked perfectly. Pool fountain was non functional. When we select places we choose by what is on their posted photos and description of amenities. So the non working pool fountain was disappointing. Was told it was on a timer but the Owner couldn’t make it work. Still had a good time but not exactly as advertised.

Very Nice, But Kitchen Users Beware
The house is very nice. Clean, good location, and comfortable. However, beware that if you plan on cooking any meals you will need to buy everything you need to prepare from the grocery store. Salt, pepper, sugars, oil, spices...the works. Only thing in the kitchen was coffee filters. My wife and I have rented many houses, on our own or with our kids, and all have had some sort of cooking supplies left behind to use and we have left many behind as well. Not a negative for the house itself, just a heads up.

Wonderful property and very good property management. The first morning we realized the coffee maker had a major leak. We called and they had a new one delivered to our door by the end of the day. The outdoor space was awesome. Clean pool and hot tub. Nice patio area. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun in Arizona
We had a great stay! Loved property, everything went great. Would recommend to others and would stay there again for sure! The only suggestion would be to let guests know when booking if you need a late check out it must be done ahead of time. That was the only thing that I would have done differently.

This house was in a beautiful residential neighborhood where everyone cares about their homes. Beautiful landscaping and quiet and relaxing. There were several great restaurants and a grocery within a few minutes drive. The pool and back yard sitting area was so nice, and the house is so clean and updated. Loved the pool table, and all the TVs. We would love to return to this area and this house.

Great get away for family, or group of friends!
But my husband and I enjoyed the house. We did not turn on a single one of the 8 TV's - but that is just us. Did not use many of the great amanities - pool, hot tub, pool table. We are in our late 70's and come to the area for golf every January. My only complaint was the time needed to get hot water. You had to turn it on and go do something else. We are spoiled with instant hot water in our whole house!

This was a perfect place to spend the holiday with our family. Loved the pool table and all the different spots to gather. Really loved that they provided a turkey roaster without asking. Only suggestion would be to provide glass wine glasses and glass wear. The wine glasses were plastic and deformed, likely from being put in the dishwasher. Other than that we had everything we needed.

Very comfortable, wonderful backyard
Arguably our most relaxing VRBO experience--would visit again! The backyard pool, jacuzzi, and covered patio/outdoor living room is fantastic! The beds are comfortable, but the second bedroom needs a dresser; had to use a nightstand from the other bedroom in addition to the closet. Bathrooms modern and clean, kitchen is spacious and well appointed, living room comfortable with sectional and big-screen TV, easy garage access. Relaxing at home was a pleasure! Responsive team members, quick replies and effective problem solving were key to making our experience successful.

Newley Rehabed home in great location
My wife and son spent eight days at this property near Fountain Hills. The location is perfect near Kierland Commons. Great Golf shopping restaurants all within minutes. The home was recently remodeled and everything was new. The Furnishings are low end. There are Smart TVs and just about every room including Outdoors which were super nice. The Furnishings by the pool are super cheap and not very comfortable. The kitchen was adequately furnished with plenty of things to cook and serve meals. Two major complaints are working with vacasa to get the pool heat turned on ...took multiple calls despite requesting in advance multiple times. Complete money grab at $80 a day for electric pool heat in Phoenix. They also need some tables out by the pool for drinks when you're in the sun there are none. They did have some adorable blow up Inflatables that my wife enjoyed. The ac temperature is fixed at 72 degrees no way to make it any cooler than that. During the day it gets very warm in the main two rooms. We could never find a garage door opener and despite multiple call in and requested a call and no one responded. Overall the home was very clean great location we would stay there again.

Great place, great vibe.
Starting from the very easy check-in process to the cleanliness of the house our stay was great. Clean pool and hot tub, ample room outside to sit around and chat during the gorgeous morning and evenings. Everything worked and it was a great way to spend our off time while visiting for a family wedding.
