From the minute we arrived, we knew it was not going to live up to the listing. There were people in the park shooting off fireworks, the outdoor space required care, and we shared the property with cockroaches. The host responded to the outdoor complaints and tried to rectify the outdoor space. However, they have yet to respond about the later found cockroaches. We ended up leaving the property- not even staying one night. We were charged the full stay, had to pay to stay at another location and again have had no response about the cockroaches. Thankfully, we booked through VRBO and they have been advocating on our behalf.
