This 3 bedroom 2 bath property on the Lakefront is truly AMAZING. Pets are welcome without a standard fee - however a pet agreement and deposit is mandatory; refundable, and is based on stay and adjusted for terms. The carpets and upholstery are cleaned and sanitized after pets for ensured conditions for non-pet sensitive guests. Book and call for discounted multi month rate(s). The property has many remodeled features to capitalize on quality, comfort and the beautiful lake views. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has gated access into a secure private courtyard. The rooms on the waterfront side of the property have sliding glass doors and large view windows so you may fully capitalize on your lake front location and accessibility to the covered patios and lake views. SUMMER is coming and Summer discounted rates await... Longer term rates are negotiable and heavily discounted. The Master ensuite waterside access affords 'down the lake views' while sipping coffee snuggled in bed on those lazy mornings. Or simply step out the slider to enjoy the same long lake sights and private backyard elements while enjoying your favorite adult beverage from the covered patio porch swing. The kitchen has updated appliances and is fully equipped with the basics, plus- plus- plus. Nearly every single thing you might need upon arrival is available for your use and convenience with the premise... "use what you need, when you need it, and simply replace what you use as its convenient to you." High speed Internet service, comfortable surroundings, Firestick capable large screen Television. The house and yard are pet friendly. There is a Doggie Door located off the dining area just off the kitchen that accesses into a gated secure side yard pet run. There is also a gated secure dog park, (key fob for access), just a few houses down at the end of street. Just across from the park, you'll find the start of a great paved walking and biking path stretching 1 mile alongside the nearby section of the lake. Midway along the path, or a short 1/2 mile drive from the Lakehouse you'll arrive at the nearest of several Dobson HOA Community Recreational Facilities. At this closest facility amongst other amenities you will find Tennis and Pickle ball, basketball, table tennis and both family and lap lane pools. In addition to the nearby, (approx. 1/2 mile), Dobson Golf and Country Club, local community course, there are several other golf courses available in the area. You'll find that you are able to escape 'from it all', comfortably enjoying the lake, wonderful Sunsets and presence of wildlife, or quietly watching the "night roll-in" from the covered patios, yard or even from inside the house. The owner, Wil, and property manager, Steve, are easy to communicate with and were more than accommodating during my stay. The house is clean, well-taken care of, furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen has all appliances along with plates, utensils, cookware, etc; washer and dryer are also inside. There are sliding glass doors in the dining room and master bedroom that allow easy access to the backyard. The backyard has a furnished patio, real grass, mature tree with shade and best of all, has steps down to a dock area right next to a lake. Despite the lake, insects are minimal and the breeze can be cool from the lake. The lake has a fountain within view which is lit at night; it’s a beautiful view day and nighttime. Lastly, the location is conveniently near restaurants, shopping and highways but at the same time in a nice suburban community with low local traffic and safe to walk my dog. (There is also a dog park 2 doors down from the house.) I’d recommend Dobson Ranch if you’re looking for a furnished home with privacy, nearby shopping and a beautiful lakeside view. ##### Jennifer R.
