Small children families should know the washer is at their level. We placed the toy kitchen in front which helped. Does have a gas range (no knob locks) and TV is not anchored but stable. The parking was difficult and we did use the off street parking lot one night and decided to pay the $26 for the ticket and park out front the second. There are multiple units in the building and while you can sometimes hear people in other units walking around it did not detract from our experience. We were mindful that our toddler walks loudly so we tried to limit the noise as much as possible. Our host was courteous and checked in with us. The entire space was clean and well maintained. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and perfect for myself, my husband, and our young daughter. We loved that the host provided toys, our daughter had an absolute blast playing with the toy kitchen and reading the books (they even had some of our favorite - Pete the Cat!). The location was great, walkable to restaurants (Loco Pez was delicious) and right by the trolley line if you need to get downtown quickly and easily. We loved our stay here and will be back next time we're in Philly! ##### Elisa B. Ivy was super responsive and helpful from booking through our stay. The apartment has everything you need for the comforts of home - quality linens and beds, lovely decor, quiet street.
