"Our room was very clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good. My one complaint was that none of the room doors (at least on the first and second floors) had a proper fit in the door frame. There was an 1.5 inch gap under the door and .5 inch gap everywhere else. This meant that we could hear every word of people walking past us in the hall and we could hear people in their rooms when we were walking in the hall. Also the room never was dark at night because of the hall lights shining through. Such a shame! I hoped they sued the contractor."

"Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in anywhere. Very pleasantly surprised at the amount of sheer spaciousness in our king suite!! Oh, and the jacuzzi tub was an added bonus to a wealth of other positive advantages of staying here. PS., their prices are much more affordable than Spark by Hilton, which is right next door, yet somehow they have a better -- and offer a better selection of -- breakfast than Spark does for almost half the price of Spark! 10/10 would absolutely stay again in a second."

"Very clean. Great breakfast. Only thing: Deadbolt on door was broken. A lot of concern about safety. The deadbolts are there for a reason. I’m going to make sure it’s fixed!"
