"The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets.
Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."
"Gute Unterkunft, alles funktionierte prima, etwas hellhörig ( normal für südländische Häuser) und super in Schuss. Wohnungen, Bäder mit Dusche, Küchen mit Equipment, Garten wirklich klasse. Straße ist etwas unübersichtlich, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran. Rund um zufrieden."
"Awesome family resort with so much to do for sporty families. Great room with a climbing wall. Fortis gym and gaming room was absolutely amazing. Food was so good. Beautiful beach. Our son said that this is his favorite hotel and we all really loved it. "
"Great little complex 100m from the beach and bus stop to Zadar. Pool area has both the sun and shade through the day. Lovely terrace area over-looking the sea and vineyards."
"Absolutely fantastic place, very high standard of property. Very friendly and helpful staff.
2 minutes walk to the beach and bar with swimming pool. What else do you need on holiday?

"Loved the decor & views. Staff in dining area were very attentive & efficient. Reception staff pleasant but missed telling us about a few of the amenities & how to access them.
Room - a little small, no bath mat so had to get an extra towel to use (didn’t want to slip). No kleenex in the room either. "

"Lux experience. Predicted our needs, like bringing the car around when we arrived at reception before even asking. Lovely breakfast and ideal location. "

"Loved the proximity to the beach and it was an easy walk to the old town. I didn’t swim but the pool was beautiful and the breakfast offered a great variety. Stayed originally for the parking but would definitely stay here again. "

"Our visit was mid September. The landscaping on the run up to the hotel was worryingly poor and the buildings that we passed looked like they were from the Soviet era. However, once you get into the hotel, all of that is forgotten. Parking is quite expensive. The restaurants are good. Room decor has a few bumps and scratches but overall good. One fantastic feature is that there are loungers positioned on the private beach that are readily available, many in shady spots under the trees. And in the two shoreline restaurants you can eat literally 20 feet from the ocean. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return. However, the hotel would be wise to improve its landscaping towards its vehicular entrance. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression."
