Completed in 2018, Little Barn Home is a beautiful and relaxing getaway destination! The property is surrounded by pear orchards. It's just 2.5 miles to downtown Leavenworth (an 8-minute drive).

The main floor has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan, very large windows and amazing views of the Enchantment mountains. The living area is well-appointed with new furniture and a large flat-screen tv. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need. Bedrooms are very comfortable with high-quality mattresses and bedding (1 king, 1 queen). The main bathroom has a large tiled walk-in shower, and there's another 1/2 bathroom downstairs.

You will enjoy views of the mountains, fruit orchards, and occasional train going past -- imagine rural ambiance that is a lovely getaway from city pace, but with all the modern luxuries. We are conveniently located close to the restaurants, shops, and festivals of Leavenworth in a relaxing setting for your getaway.

For our guests who need to work or study, we keep a sturdy, portable table and office chair in the garage which can be set up and used in the queen bedroom as office space. Little Barn Home has a fast fiber connection for internet service.

Gorgeous Getaway
This was our second time staying at this lovely property. The pear orchards were just beginning to bloom and the scenery was beautiful. Our dog especially likes staying here and playing endless rounds of fetch in the spacious fenced yard. Looking forward to visiting again in the fall!

Everything about the place was great. Communication was great, very clean and cool—-being that it was so hot out. The only thing that I could recommend is a grill, some more blankets and towels and maybe some outdoor games cuz of the great space outdoors. That’s just me being picky though!

Amazing Home and Location!
What a beautiful property! This home had everything you could want, including beautiful views out every window. Very comfortable bed, everything was modern, and it was such a bonus to get to park inside the garage to pack and unpack the things in our car. It is located close to town, but far enough away that you feel like you’re in the country Love this place, we will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

From the ultra-comfortable bedding to the spacious, well put together rooms, this is a relaxing and lovely place to stay. In addition to the great mountain views, the dog-friendly amenities (fenced in yard, dog wash stations, large kennel in heated garage) make it perfect for people with pooches. Little Barn Home was the perfect spot for exploring all the amazing outdoor adventures the Leavenworth area has to offer. The property was the most dog-friendly place we have ever stayed at with fenced-in yard, dog bath, dog beds, treats, dog bowls, towels, and a very large dog pen for your pet to chill in while you are away on non-dog adventures. Everything in this clean, light-filled, spectacular views home seems on the newer-side and was comfortable/cool/worked-well. An extra bonus was the wonderful host/owner Chris who lives next door. Whenever we are back in Leavenworth Little Barn Home is where we will stay.

Quiet stay among the Pear Orchards
Great location with views of the pear orchards and the mts. A short drive into Leavenworth. Everything was spotless and in working order and the most per friendly VRBO we have ever rented. Quiet area other than an occasional train. I would recommend it to anyone with or without pets.

We had a great stay. The house is in a perfect location - a short and beautiful drive from Leavenworth's restaurants. It was snowing during our stay so we really appreciated the garage and the ability to load and unload our car while staying dry. Chris gave some excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to snowshoe. We hope to return again someday.

The owners truly take pride in making your stay memorable. We love our visit last year so much, we had to comeback. We even asked to stay an extra day and that was arranged very quickly. Beyond expectations
Really a gorgeous property with an amazing backdrop. We spent a lot of our trip with the curtains open. You don’t realize, before you arrive, that you are truly nestled perfectly in the mountains. The proximity to Leavenworth is amazing, very close and an easy drive. We saw a few animals from the couch, and the cabin is big enough for 2 small groups. The back patio and garage were excellent to have as well. Would stay here again without hesitation.

A lovely place to stay
This was a great place to stay for me, my husband, and two labradors. We stayed in the springtime and the views were lovely, the yard was large and fully fenced, the kennel in the garage worked out well for leaving the pups to go out to dinner, the place was clean, and the cookware was decent. It's pretty close to Leavenworth, so easy to get to. Bonus: you can park in the garage, too. To be aware of: The fridge doesn't always shut all the way if you don't pay attention. (The split-door flap is a poor design.) On the first night there was super-loud farming equipment or a train, but whatever it was, I was not disturbed the remaining nights.

Peaceful and lovely property
My husband, two dogs and I loved our stay at this property. The farmhouse was clean, well appointed and thoughtfully put together for guests. Nothing second hand at this home, it really felt very welcoming. Our dogs loved the fenced in grassy yard and we loved enjoying the view at happy hour. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and appliances and a few staples. We were feeling a bit lazier and had most meals out, the closest being Old Mill Tavern down the road in Peshastin, the rest in Leavenworth. Communicating with the owners was seamless and household instructions were crystal clear. Highly recommend! But don’t become too popular, we would love to return someday.
