The heart of the home features a bright open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning, comfortable lounge seating and Smart TV.
👨‍🍳 The fully equipped chef-style kitchen is a standout, featuring a large 6-burner oven/cooktop, dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware and dining essentials. Step directly outside to the alfresco dining area, perfect for morning coffee or relaxed meals.
🛏️ Mid-Level – King Bedroom
The mid-level provides separation from the main living and lower accommodation areas. The master bedroom features a King bed, wardrobe and air conditioning, with convenient access to one of the home's two full bathrooms.

Allow approximately 30 minutes by car, depending on traffic. Taxis and rideshare services such as Uber are available from the airport. Public transport is also available, with train and bus connections to the Scarborough area.
🚌 Public Transport
Nearby Transperth bus services connect with Scarborough Beach, Stirling Station, Glendalough Station and Perth CBD. From Stirling or Glendalough stations, train services provide convenient connections into Perth and destinations along the Joondalup Line.
🚘 Driving
The home is only minutes from the Mitchell Freeway, providing easy north–south access across Perth. Perth CBD is approximately 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

🔑 Self check-in: Entry is via a secure digital smart keypad. Your personalised access code and detailed check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.
❄️ Air conditioning: Air conditioning is provided on the main living level and mid-level. Please note that the lower level is not air-conditioned. However as it is below ground level it remains cool in summer and warm in winter. We also have fans available in the house.
👶 Families: A cot and high chair are available on request, subject to availability.
🏖️ Beach stays: Beach towels are provided for guest use. Body Board too.
🤫 Quiet hours: Rancho Relaxo is in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Please respect our neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10 p.m.–8 a.m.
