Nestled in the beautiful Perth Hills Wine Region, just 35 minutes from Perth CBD, Bickley Tree Stay is a family-owned, partially off-grid nature retreat offering comfortable, self-contained accommodation surrounded by natural beauty.

Located just minutes from award-winning wineries, charming cafés, restaurants, orchards, forests and scenic walking trails, Bickley Tree Stay is the perfect base for exploring everything the Perth Hills has to offer.

Your Accommodation – Red Gum Guest Suite

Red Gum is a semi-detached guest suite adjoining our family home, with its own private entrance accessible from the left side of the property and a designated guest parking space.

The accommodation features:

Main bedroom: Located downstairs with a comfortable bed and private bathroom.

Mezzanine bedroom: Positioned above the living area and accessed by stairs. This is an open-style sleeping area without a bedroom door, making it ideal for families or close groups.

The suite offers your own comfortable space to relax and unwind while enjoying the surrounding natural environment.

Our Family Property & Shared Outdoor Areas

Bickley Tree Stay is a family-owned and operated property, and our family lives on-site, right next door to the guest suite.

While your accommodation has its own private entrance and designated guest areas.

The walking trail along the upper hillside and the landscaped lawns and gardens are shared spaces that will also be available to guests staying in our three new eco-cabins, currently under construction.

We always respect our guests' privacy and do our best to maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, please be aware that the entire property is not exclusively reserved for accommodation guests, and you may encounter our family or other guests in the shared top hillside outdoor areas.

We believe this welcoming, family-run atmosphere is part of what makes Bickley Tree Stay special.

To ensure Bickley Tree Stay is the right choice for your getaway, please consider the following:



Facilities: The suite is self-contained but does not have a dishwasher or washing machine.

Accessibility: The property has stairs, sloping ground and natural uneven surfaces, which may not suit guests with mobility difficulties.

Location: We recommend checking our location before booking to ensure it suits your travel plans and expectations.
