"If you’re looking to book a house for a trip to Perry or anywhere remotely close, this place is it. Great location, beautiful and VERY spacious! Super clean! Great pool! Well stocked kitchen! We had a blast fishing during the days and enjoying the wide amenities of the property in the evenings! Property manager is an absolute gem of a woman who checked on us throughout our stay and even brought us wood and starter for the fire pit they have outside. She is amazing! "This a great place to stay for birding, exploring area salt marshes and pine-palmetto woodlands. The home was very comfortable. It was lovely to be right on the water!!! We loved reading on the swing bed on the middle deck!"

"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""
