« The cabin is beautifully situated and looks just like the pictures. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a great stay. We brought a kayak and had a great time on the Chowan River where we saw 4 bald eagles. The cabin is very comfortable with all the kitchen items you would need. The bathroom and shower were clean. Beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was a pleasant place to read and talk. Doug is a great host (and I'm sure Kimberly is too but we didn't get to meet her). There was some...

« Hubby and I celebrating our 35th anniversary. The location was private, quiet and mere feet from the water. The house was charming and exactly what we needed. We had fun exploring the Kitty Hawk and Virginia Beach area. The screen porch provided great protection from the insects while allowing the sounds of the water to lull you into relaxation. »
