We booked the 2 room townhouse. This stay type was miss represented, and not part of their properties. I'm not sure if it is Expedia or timeshare issue. Customer service was amazing. They did what they could to accommodate us. Properties are a bit dated, some peeling wall paper in bathrooms. Very clean. Rooms were very quiet too. There wasn't an oven. Might have a convection microwave, didn't think to check.

The place is great. We had a nice townhome with a lake view and a private hot tub room. There are 2 separated entities managing this property Breezy Point and Capital Vacations with very poor communications between the 2. If you are bringing a boat you deal with Breezy Point, but Capital Vacations doesn't tell you that. You have to park your boat trailer at a separate location not a big deal, but no one tells you anything. You have to pick the staffs brain, and they are so micromanaged they can't answer a simple question without making a call to management. It's a bit of cluster but definitely a beautiful place to stay and be.

Was great. I should’ve read more that there wasn’t breakfast included but just a walk away is caribou. And you do have a kitchen so you could bring your own breakfast to cook! Our family loved this place and will definitely be coming back again!

Overall the value was fantastic. The property has a lot to do for kids and the resort is very walkable. Amenities and rooms are dated. I would not recommend using the playground on property as it was literally sinking into the sand and full of metal. Room was spacious and came with the basics and a nice fireplace. There was visible dust and in the main level room there was a closet door that opened to the furnace and it was not locked. Not very safe with a child in the room. Bathrooms had soap bars but no shampoo or conditioner. The main pool was great, but the bathrooms were disgusting, full of water and whatever else was on the ground from a days worth of use. We could not access the fitness center Again, for the value it was still a great deal and would do again, just be prepared to deal with the dated amenities and if you’re a clean freak, look elsewhere.

Very dated. Hasn't been used recently. Smelled like mildew. The deck was deteriorated to the point of being unusable. There was a hottub but wasn't filled and clearly not used for a long time. The wood trim around the tub platform were rotted and missing. Turns out this was a timeshare rental.

rustic cabin, old cabin smell. Wallpaper peeling off. I rented the cabin for 4 days/3 nights several months ahead. However, at check in we were informed we would have to change cabins half way thru our stay. no explanation other than ours was already booked for Saturday. No sorry for the inconvenience it's just the way Capital Management does things. We were required to return keys to the office and pick up new keys. Again, not sorry for interrupting our stay. The cabin we had to move to had chewed up bubblegum on the ledge of the hot tub. The air conditioning was broken. There is no lakefront at the Lodges. Just tall weeds and a long, unsteady dock to see the water. I wouldn't mind the old cabin smell if the management was decent. My recommendation is to stay elsewhere.

The loge we stayed in was clean, but other residents park in designated parking spaces so have to park in other lots. Reached out to main office, but they didnt do anything about other guests taking up all parking spaces so had to have the uncomfortable conversation myself. Probably wont be staying here again.

This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy store were great too. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn’t too bad. Also note - there were no windows to the outside in the actual condo, and while we were there the high village pool wasn’t working, there was another pool to use though. Overall we probably won’t be back but it was a good experience for only being there a few days.

The check in was great, the room was wonderful except for a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom that dripped just in front of the toilet. It was reported late the arrival day, and maint was in to look at it, saying they just fixed that ceiling. The next day the leak was worse, and when contacting front desk, they seemed not to be aware of it. We asked for more towels to soak it up, and got that. When we checked out, again I mentioned the problem and not a thing was said to me about the issue from the staff?? Except for this mechanical issue, the room was nice, the pool great, and the inside parking more than expected

They try to sell you a time share. The jets didn’t work in the hot tub in one building. The other building they were draining the hot tub. Thanks to Expedia though! Check out at Breezy Point is 10am but Expedia says 11am. They had to honor it!

Highly recommend not staying here, as there are much better options for the price. The booking was misleading, as photos made it look like I was booking one of the lakeside condos, but ended up in the poolside area as other reviewers mentioned. This alone wouldn't have been a big deal, but the room was unreasonably hot and humid when I got there, wallpaper was peeling off as other reviews mention, the bed/bedding was very old and uncomfortable, the tub was dirty, and the shower made a high pitched squealing noise the entire time it was on. The deadbolt on the door also wouldn't lock, as the door was misaligned. I ended up checking out early and finding other accommodations for the rest of my stay. It sounds like many of the rooms/buildings are now owned by a timeshare company, and they have not put any effort into updating or maintaining the rooms.

Place was quiet, fully stocked with essential including plenty of towels and toilet paper. I was not able to turn on tv in bedroom but was able to in living room. Was not a big deal as busy doing other things. It would have been nice to be able to access the shuttles but was not included due to separation of company. Old folks should note no elevator and many stairs to access rooms. Property is outdated but clean. Would stay again.
