"Everything we were looking for. Two adults, two young boys and two dogs. Not your typical stripped down vacation rental. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked to the point where almost nothing was needed to cook ( besides primary food items, many pantry items were included ) or stay clean and comfortable. Even dogs were hooked up with beds, bowls and toys, not to mention a fully fenced yard where i didn't even need to stress over my escape artist pup. Great location with easy access to all kindsOf water and restaurants. Even tons of beach equipment available to use. Next time I'm back in the area i wont even consider a different property. First class all the way!"

"This a great place. Great layout , love the design and the furniture. The master bed is especially comfy. Had no complaints from the kids about the pull out bed or the daybed. The game room was fun. The beach gear was as described. Loved the beach volleyball , although couldn't get the kids to play more than a couple mins. Used the grill and the fire pit and both were nice and in good shape. The only issue we had during our stay was the air-conditioning had a coil failure . The unit was only 5 years old so just bad luck really. The hosts. Called in a emergency tech asap but the were unable to source the part needed for repair. The host graciously put the family in rooms at the kimpton Vero Beach until the repairs were made and refunded the cost of our trip for the trouble. We were back at the house after the repair so I can vouch that the air conditioning was working great when we left. I do want to thank Carl and Meike and the great staff of the Kimpton Vero Beach . They truly saved the day."
