Tranquil and Spacious Condo on the Pensacola Bay - Palm Beach Club 110

A part of our Signature Collection, Palm Beach Club unit 110 sits right on the bay and is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Two spacious bedrooms and a large, open living area make this serene condo the perfect place for either a family get away or a relaxing retreat! Watch the kids in the pool from the balcony off the living room, enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy indoor alcove overlooking the bay, or enjoy an evening cocktail on the balcony off the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. This condo sleeps 4 guests. This quiet community is the last on before you get to Fort Pickens National Park, making it a great spot for history buffs. Not your thing? Just hop on the free trolley from the stop right across the street and take a trip down the Casino Beach area where you will find plenty of restaurants, shopping and night life. Whatever your pleasure while you're here, this is the perfect place to call your temporary home away from home!

Even better than expected!

My husband and our teenage daughters (15 and 16) stayed here over the 4th of July week, and it was amazing—honestly even better than we expected. The pictures don’t do the place justice. It is bigger than the pics make it look. The views from the condo were incredible and definitely one of our favorite parts. We also loved how easy it was to just walk across the street to the beach—it couldn’t have been more convenient. Being at the end of the island was perfect too since it was way less crowded. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Great place to stay

We rented the condo because our daughter was graduating from Pensacola Christian College. We had a wonderful stay. It’s a very quiet area with not so much traffic. The condo was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and Walmart delivered some groceries. The view of the bay was beautiful. I hope to stay here again.

Best location to watch kids in pool, a few steps to the sound and gulf was just across the street! Was wonderful for fireworks! 1st floor, elevator or steps. Property was actually much nicer than pictures showed with everything we needed. Pool was much nicer than pictures also.

Lovely, Quiet Space

Perfect location for a family with small children. We will certainly be back, as we loved both the bayside beach and the close proximity to the National Park and Gulf Beaches. Spectacular views!!! Friendliest company ever

We have a lot of experience renting condos and this has by far been the best experience!! Friendly and even gave us gifts and cookies!!! Condo just as described. Location perfect! Only issue was the construction/window crew working on our windows for a couple days straight. Otherwise perfect

Nice get away

This is a great location to stay if you want to enjoy the beach. Great bars and restaurants very close by. I would come again! Condo was very spacious for 4 adults, furniture is showing some wear and we needed to sweep as it seemed there was either pet hair of white fuzz of some sort. But overall clean and tidy. I would recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks for a great stay.

An exceptional substitution!

Our reserved-in-advance condo was unavailable due to a renovation/remodeling delay. Surf Side promptly and graciously contacted us with a substitution. 123 was lovely and may be our condo of choice (on the ocean side) of the complex. Cookies tied to our door for the long drive home!

Hier passt einfach alles

Diese Ferienwohnung ist ideal für Ruhesuchende und am Rande eines Feriengebietes. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Wir waren vier Erwachsene mit einem Baby und hatten ausreichend Platz. Direkt unterhalb der Wohnung befinden sich zwei überdachte Parkplätze. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Agentur war jederzeit zu erreichen. Die Bademöglichkeiten können kaum besser sein. Die Pensacola Bay liegt direkt vor der Wohnung und der Golf von Mexico ist nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und ideal mit Baby. Da die nächsten Restaurants etwas entfernt sind, empfiehlt es sich ein paar Lebensmittel mitzubringen. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen regelmäßigen kostenlosen Shuttle mit einem Trolleybus zu den Restaurants, Shops, Bootsverleih usw.

Loved it!

This was a great place to vacation. Loved being met at the condo for a personal check in. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. The only downside was work being done on the pool took the better part of our stay and made it unaccessible. Will look to stay here again.
