"The house was clean and comfortable. The house looks just like the pictures. The house had everything needed for a comfortable visit. Kitchen supplies. bedding and towels. The beds were VERY comfortable. The view was spectacular. There were kayaks and a canoe. We didn't use them but they were there. We did however use the fire pit multiple times. It was perfect. It really was the highlight of our trip. There were fishing poles as well. We went fishing and caught a few fish. It was fun.The host, Shaun, was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The lake is beautiful and the area is very quiet and not far from town. It was a great vacation because of the house. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. One bedroom/1 bath downstairs which was great for 86 year old mom. We would definitely stay there again. It was wonderful. Thank you Shaun for allowing us to stay there."

"A perfect waterfront stay for my multigenerational family. Very spacious, well appointed spaces. My small grandsons spent most of their time fishing off the dock,where there was ample space for the adults to sit and soak up the sun and peaceful views of the lake. The ATV trails were nearby for Gramps to enjoy with the older grandson. Everything we needed to enjoy both inside and outside was available. and as remote as it felt, downtown Lincoln was just a short drive away. Definitely will like to book again next year."

"Everything about this cottage is beautiful! I cant say one bad thing. Waking up to the beautiful lake abd falling asleep to the loons were perfect! Cornhole was a big hit as well! We will be back to get some fishing in for sure. "

"You know when the pictures of an short term rental look great - then you get there and you are disappointed? That was not the situation here - this was one of the best properties I have stayed in. The attention to detail was impressive; the home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, The bathroom was stocked with supplies in case you forgot your toothbrush or toothpaste. I brought a pillow from home (I'm picky), but the pillows on the bed were fine - so I just used those. The lake was calm and beautiful with crystal clear water. Wonderful paddle boarding. Sasha's relatives next door were super nice - they let us use their dock as the dock at our house was not in the water yet (early May). The Lincoln Tap Room was a lot of fun - inexpensive, but good food, a friendly crowd, and fun events almost every night of the week. If you're considering this property, you should definitely book it. "
