Stunning Lakefront Family Friendly getaway

A beautiful contemporary lake home perfect for a family get away. Modern design with cathedral ceilings, open floor plan, spacious rooms and separate levels of living for multiple families.

Enter into a large open kitchen, living room and dining space with amazing views and balcony to dine out. One bedroom (queen) and a half bath on top floor as well. The middle level has three of 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, as well as a full laundry room. A large master suite on the second level includes a beautiful balcony to rest on with lake view seating. The lower level has an extra large recreational gathering area which includes extra sleeping, full bathroom, kitchenette and game room. The lower level also contains a walkout to covered deck and access to the beach. Elevator connects all 3 floors!

Once outside enjoy 50' of flat shale beach! There is a dock, kayaks, paddle board, fire pit, plenty of space to relax and a floating dock for swimming. The property is perfect with extra land for games and parking in the back and a fenced play ground for kids.

An extremely convenient location as well it is just a few minutes from Penn Yann for groceries/shopping and a short walk to Seneca Farms Ice Cream!!

Lovely location on the lake with kayaks and paddle boat but too close to neighboring houses. Rugs needed cleaning and towels need to be replaced. I've rented other places on the Finger Lakes and no one seems to tend to outdoor spaces and furniture.

This property is set up for families, but was still perfect for our all adult weekend. The view is amazing, it has extensive amenities, and the location is ideal. Our host, Dave, was exceedingly responsive to our inquiries. We will definitely look at renting here next time we plan a trip to the Finger Lakes.

Beautiful Vacation Spot

This is our second time staying at this beautiful house. My family and I just love it here. Everything was clean and very spacious for the whole family. Everything you need for a weeks vacation is there for you to enjoy. We always hate leaving as we have an amazing time. We will be back next year. Thanks Dave and Aaron for sharing your house with us!

The house met our family needs, it was setup well for children and adults. Our main goal was to have a safe house for toddlers. There was a good shore for my grandson who is 2 to play on and for us to swim and float in the lake. The floating dock made it a little challenging for docking a pontoon boat. The middle floor was very cold. Check in was a little after 4, it was in good condition overall. We had a great time! Four houses down there are 4 German Shepards which were not leashed. They were well behaved but it was a concern.
We had family staying in Hammondsport who stopped over for dinner and to play.
Best place we found to shop for souvenirs.
Family pizza night, we used Cam’s and ice cream sandwiches from Seneca Farms.

This Lakehouse has it all

Our family loves this lake house . With 7 grandchildren ranging in ages from 14years to 15 months, the kayaks, paddle boards, floating dock , beachfront, and playground offer something for everyone. The house is well equipped for cooking and there is plenty of room for family fun playing games or just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Keuka Lake.

Amazing place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful week at Dave’s house. Everything was so clean when we walked in and they had everything we would need for the week. Our kids loved the kayaks and Paddle boards. Parents loved that there was an elevator to help them get to there floor for there room. This place is just amazing and we can’t wait to stay again next year.

Family Reunion

This home was very spacious and perfect for out family get together. My three children and their families and I met there for a week. There was plenty of space and beds. We especially enjoyed the large and open living area with toys, puzzles, and coloring books and markers for the younger children. This was the best place ever for young children. We also loved the kayaks and paddle boards that came with the house.

The downstairs sleeping area had no heat, just in bathroom. New sofa but no working footrests. Enjoyed home, put our own app on TV to watch live sports. Lacked instructions for remotes.

Best stay ever

Everything was stellar with this stay. Owner replied to a question asap. The home was very very clean and nothing was in disrepair. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and dish towels. The wine fridge was great to have. All the beds were comfy and the bathrooms well appointed. The elevator made our stay great because several of us have bad knees! The layout of the house gave us the ability to have privacy and be together when we wanted. This house toys, games, pack and plays, high chairs and booster chairs. So great for families. Too cold to use any water craft but the fire pit and indoor fireplace took care of that. We have stayed in many homes I. The finger lakes and this is at the top of our list. We will be coming back. Thank you!

Fantastic Friend Weekend

A beautiful house with AMAZING lake views! Our group of 11 fit very comfortably and we had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend in the Finger Lakes. We especially loved the game room and can’t wait to return!

Lake life is the best!

We did a friends vacation over Labor Day week. What an amazing house with an excellent kitchen and Great room! We loved the space and accommodations. The stove, fridge, and wine cooler in the kitchen were top notch. Everyone loved the outdoor space including the floating dock. Highly recommended for friends and family!

Wonderful house, responsive owner

My family had a wonderful week at Dave’s house on Keuka Lake. The house was clean and spacious, incredibly well-equipped, and the location was optimal. We enjoyed all of the decks, watching boats, birds, and a beautiful full moon rise which coincided with our stay. My 14 year-old nieces loved the floating dock and all of the water equipment (paddle board, kayaks, noodles). The kitchen was one of the best equipped I’ve had in a rental. Dave is a friendly, responsive owner. Didn’t specifically look for an elevator when searching for a rental but it turned out to be so helpful for my 85 year-old parents. Comfortable beds, beautiful master bath. Loved being able to walk to Seneca Farms for ice cream or make a quick trip into town if we needed something. Highly recommend this rental and I hope we have the opportunity to stay here in the future.

The perfect family vacation home

This house is a dream come true vacation spot for multigenerational families. From baby gear to a swing set to ping pong and kayaks to an elevator connecting 3 floors of living space, our grandchildren, children and Grandpa and Grandma had plenty to do. The lakefront was beautiful with a floating dock providing lots of fun for our older girls and a walk in shallow water entry for the little ones. Roasting marshmallows and making s’mores around the fire pit was a nightly treat. It was a wonderful vacation!

We love staying here! Our family ranges in age from 2 years to 76 and everyone has a fantastic time! There is something to do for everyone from kayaking to fishing to swimming in the lake or just relaxing on the beautiful porch!

Great place on beautiful Keuka Lake

It was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Plenty of room to spread out and kayaks/canoe/paddle board provided. An added bonus is it’s a short hop to Penn Yan and local wineries.

Gorgeous house & view!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely lake front home. We enjoyed the open layout of the top floor where my family could celebrate my son’s graduation. The kitchen had everything we needed. The lake was so peaceful and we had perfect weather to use the kayaks and water board. We had great conversation around the fire pit each night and my 88 year old parents were thrilled to have an elevator to use so they could join us. Dave was easy to contact and he responds quickly. I highly recommend!!!
