« Overall wonderful. Great location with some traffic noise from the freeway across the yard. Some foot traffic noise above us upstairs. Maybe slippers are in order to reduce the noise. Both times we stayed here the bathroom tub has a very slow drain. This time, the towels were rough, just in from hanging outdoors. Soft and cushy is best. We love the lighting in the yard and fairy light projection touch! »

« This house was great! Nicely furnished, warm, cozy, but big and spacious too, with basically two living rooms, each with a fire place. Plenty of room, fantastic kitchen, wish we had had more time to cook some lovely meals. Easy to get to and locate, still close enough to Nevada City, but felt like we were secluded even though on a neighborhood road. House had everything we needed and was peaceful. Amazing home and we would choose this house to stay again next time we are in the area for sure! »

Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here! »

« We we're all thoroughly impressed and didn't want to leave! :-p The pictures truly don't do this rental justice. The kitchen island/gas stove range made preparing family dinners extra special, as we could sit around the island, chat, and help each other without overcrowding the "chef" in charge. Plenty of pots, pans, and there's even a crockpot! The kitchen sink looks out onto the deck with a calming, serene view. All of the deco, furniture, lighting, shades, ceiling fan, lights are modern...

« Hello this property was very clean and cozy as we arrived. Our only problems were we wish the neighbor hood had decent walk ways for walking your pets .! The front yard a small grass in the front and backyard was small. I Specifically ask the ask the owner of the neighbor hood had a decent area to walk my dogs. I had to walk on an uneven gravel road . Also a RV rental park is around the corner cars passing back and forth I didn’t get much sleep. And some people walking early morning that look...

« This was perfect for our needs, a secluded cabin large enough for the extended family to come together. The kitchen could have been better supplied for cooking and the hot tub was not clean enough to use, but we otherwise found it a great stay. »

Our group of 9 were high school buddies (50 years ago) having our yearly golf trip. Several golf courses within 15 min and after a round of golf in the warm weather, the pool was a life safer. Everyone staying there said the accomodations were beyond their expectations. »
