This 80 m² house is located just a stone's throw from the Baltimore promenade, which will lead you to the Chapel of Notre Dame de la Joie along the ocean, the walk is a very popular spot for walkers, cyclists and joggers who love to enjoy the beautiful landscapes offered by Penmarc'h. The garden of this house is a real asset, it is furnished and fenced, you can relax there in complete peace. The outdoor space also has a 10 m² terrace, it is the perfect spot for breakfast to start a good day. Its American kitchen with a vitroceramic hob is very well equipped (refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press), it opens onto the dining room and a pleasant living room where you can enjoy a TV moment.
