  • Large Fifth Wheel RV in the peaceful Seaside Cottages Community of Swansboro NC. Three miles to the Crystal Coast Beaches and 5 miles to the lovely historic downtown Swansboro. Endless adventure and excitement to be had in this part of NC. Beaches, Charter fishing, Islands to explore, Kayaking, biking, NC Aquarium, Surf fishing, and amazing food at many of our delicious local restaurants. Have a fun filled day of adventure and then come home to relax in your very own luxury Camper. Short and Long term stays allowed.
    We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 75.00 fee - 3 dogs max and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
    1. 350.00 Penalty for unauthorized pets.
    2. No unauthorized guests allowed without owners approval.
    3. No unauthorized events (you will be asked to leave the property).
    4. Smoking allowed outside only, please no smoking inside.
    5. If your Rental has a hottub, don`t turn the temperature below 100, and please keep cover on Hot tub, this helps it to retain heat.

We just spent a week at this property and enjoyed it very much! It is close to many of the activities/sightseeing in the area. Would book again.

Great place to stay. Can't say enough good things about this property. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Has just about everything you could want in a property in close proximity to the beaches, to downtown Swansboro, and there is an awesome race track, literally a half a mile down the road. Jon came out and introduced himself on the first day and was been very responsive and gets bacl to you quickly, messaging back and forth, and very, very accommodating. Definitely recommend, and looking to possibly stay again in the future.

We stayed here at the end of a long vacation so we could drop off our son to camp nearby. The place was cozy and fun! Games were provided in the cabinet. Great for all ages. We have a permanent camper at another location so we were used to the campground experience. It was fun staying in another camper and experiencing a fifth wheel!

Pelletier Stay

We loved the RV, but only noticed a couple minor issues. The floor in the bathroom is very weak around the vent and the recessed area above the bed is tricky. I bumped my head on it several times forgetting it was there. Besides that it was wonderful and I’d rent again for sure!
