« I booked the MOTEL based on the reviews, room photos, and close proximity to where I stopped for gas. I arrived and was extremely disappointed by the outside condition of the place. « Check in person was unaware we had a pet and was put off by this. We were charged a $50 deposit despite having ESA paperwork. We were told there was only a "pet" room on the second floor. The stairs were difficult to manage, even for the dog. Inside the room, the a/c unit was turned off. When I moved the curtain to get the air circulating, the front panel of the unit fell on the floor. It was difficult to maneuver in this area, as the second queen size bed was jammed up next to the a/c unit....

« Worst discrimination and customer service I’ve ever experienced especially at a Hampton by Hilton. Bed has stains all over, bathroom was still dirty, and everyone that worked there seemed miserable and had the wrist unprofessional. Jasmine at the front desk made our experience horrible at the first step into that place. Managers don’t care and will talk about you right in front of your face. Place is horrible! Spend 100’s a night in service, cleanliness, and management like this ? Yeah no...
